At any investigatory meeting
conducted by management and involving your discipline, or which
you reasonable think could lead to your discipline, you are
entitled, at your request, to be represented by a Union Steward
or Union Representative.
If you have appropriately requested a Union Steward or Union
Representative to be present and none is available, you are not
required to participate in such a meeting and it is unlawful to
discipline you because of your refusal to participate.
